During her next job at the Cluck in a Bucket fast food restaurant, Stephanie sees Spiro and is sure that it he is the one stalking her. She forms a theory that she is being stalked by an old nemesis, Spiro Stiva. Her boyfriend Joe is also run down by a car and his leg is broken. During all of this, Stephanie has been receiving threatening notes and bombs are continuously planted in her cars. During one of their joint attempts at a capture, Lula insults the eccentric owner of the Kan Klean Dry Cleaners and Stephanie is fired. Unfortunately, Lula isn't as capable as Stephanie was and often needs her help. Meanwhile, Lula, Stephanie's former bounty hunting side-kick, is left to deal with all of Stephanie's cases.
